Mission

ceo intends to combine the leadership of community residents and deft business strategies to create a potent and realistic opportunity for social change.

ceo can be called a guild of community volunteers & activists, business leaders, and residents that come together to implement Social Opportunity Systems (SOS). These are projects and services to broaden the creative ways to help build and strengthen local communities.

We aim to implement revolutionary ideas, realistic plans, and critical analysis to determine the service value of SOS's and their impact in local communitites in and around our headquarters in Washington, DC, the so-called center of democracy and heart of our great nation.

The SOS's will center around ways local communitites can break free from the passive, largely unaccountable, and grossly inadequate government and corporate programs which get a lot of gloss in brochures but simply gloss over those targeted for help.

Upon our recognition of any SOS's carrying strong potential, communities around our nation and throughout the world will be invited to participate and grow as well.
